Display detailed results

When clicking on the zoom button of the result part, hide news flow and maps to display only Results.

If in Area mode, display a select menu to select the area to display, which will display the results of the area and if completed the candidates elected.

If in Section mode, display a select menu to select the section to display, which will display the results of the section.

Those displaying respect the filter "Partial", "Completed" and "Validated".
