Contexte

En tant qu'ADMIN, je veux pouvoir restaurer une fiche présente dans l'onglet "Structures supprimées" afin de la réactiver. La fiche restaurée apparaitra sans propriétaire elle sera donc avec le statut "à revendiquer"

Objectif

Éviter à la structure de réécrire sa fiche de zéro lorsqu'elle retrouvera un médiateur numérique.
