How to set up and validate locally (or on alpha)

Locally :

1. build server Docker image docker build . -t backoffice-server
2. Set the ANIMATOR_ROLE variable to ANIMATORS in your front .env file
3. To log as a animator or admin, change USERINFO_URL .env variable to http://localhost:8090/admininfo or http://localhost:8090/animatorinfo
4. Launch yarn local-up
5. Go to https://localhost (remove port 3000) and log in
6. As an animator you can access newsletter, price and pop-up
7. As an admin you can access all pages (including SGE consents)
