What does this MR do and why?

Updated:

• cozy-ui: 101.0.0 -> 111.9.0
• cozy-client: 45.1.0 -> 48.21.0
• cozy-device-helper: 3.0.0 -> 3.1.0
• cozy-flags: 3.2.2 -> 4.0.0

Had to pay attention to this breaking change that broke app height (try to scroll to the bottom of a consumption page).

⚠ Somehow, had to update the ActionsList snapshot because of this release. I'm not sure why, but the actions Icon are still shown so I think it's ok
