feat(forms): re-use user values

Related to #568 (closed)

What does this MR do and why?

This MR stores form data into a doctype for further usage in different forms.

We no longer have to temporally store data in redux store

Note that I did not use service with DB interaction but useQuery and client.save

Then fill the other form

you can access connection forms even when already connected. Just go to /connect/gas for example
