feat(US666-Analysis): Inform user when analysis cannot be processed

Testing protocole

Have at least 2 fluid with data

Remove 1 fluid its data for a month - day and month doctypes to create a blank month

Make sure it shows données non disponibles when the month is blank but the fluid is connected and data exist (on another time period).
