What does this MR do and why?

This MR changes the feedback modal.

The app is no longer taking the feedback, it will instead redirect the user to the SAU.

This MR also adds a section in options

This MR also cleanup the FAQ section

This MR also contains !746 (closed) which sends app version to the SAU
