What does this MR do and why?
This MR changes the initialization of the app:
- ecogestures are now loaded when visiting the page astuces
- they are created when visiting this page if they do not exists
- I moved the initEcogesture from
initializationService
toecogestureService
- Corrected tests

How to set up and validate locally (or on alpha)
- reset you instance
- go to the homepage
- see in couchDB that ecogestures don't exist
- visit "astuces" page
- check couchDB again
