How to set up and validate locally (or on alpha)

This MR cannot be test locally, you will need a fresh alpha instance. Use : ecolyodemo2.cozy.self-data.alpha.grandlyon.com.

1. You will need to setup a SGE account with Ecolyo
2. Go get the consentId from the backoffice
3. Execute the onDelete method by deleting you account

4. Verify that the consent has been deleted by requesting https://ecolyo-agent-rec.grandlyon.com/api/sge/consent/${CONSENT_ID}

replace ${CONSENT_ID} with the one from step 2. You will also need the access token to launch the request, ask Rémi or Me.
