Resolve "Passer en node 16"

To test locally

• Check your Node version and change it to 16 if needed
• Create a konnector-dev-config.json file based on konnector-dev-config.example.json and complete it
• yarn standalone

To test on alpha

The stack is already running Node 16.19.0

• yarn build
• yarn deploy-dev
• ./update_enedis_sge_dev.sh dev
• Go to https://ecolyo.dev.cozy.self-data.alpha.grandlyon.com and try to connect a PDL
