What does this MR do and why?

US 142 - Structure display refactor

In this MR the following change are done :

• Zoom on carto is now use with flyTo from feature
• Refactor of map bounding, the left offset has been removed
• Avatar default icon has been added
• Rework on sevral animation: collapse, open/close
• Structure form is now used from routing and not as part of a component. It's available from account page.
