add a pop up on the account button to user to see his profile or to disconnect
rework of the profile page
handle mobile display
review of the menu on mobile
IMPORTANT
On the profile screen: structure, ressources and newsletter areas are only initialized. Then it is normal that they are empty except for the structure where the old behaviour has been kept in order to keep the code. This will be change in another US.
