This MR sets the rdvs tunnel in orientation.

How to set up and validate locally (or on alpha)
You need the branch US241 on both client and server.
In order to test this tunnel, you'll need to uncomment line 22-26 of accompaniment-type.component.ts.
You'll also need to have several structures in your DB.
You can choose to bypass filters if your want to see a structure list at the end of the tunnel.
For now don't have any idCNFS for structures locally.
Don't hesitate to ask me questions
For now, the tunnel is not finished, since we don't have the rdvs callback. The structure sending to rdvs is neither currently available.
