Related to Refonte graphique V3 (recrée) (#427 - closed)

What does this MR do and why?

This MR set up a generic collapse component wherever possible :

• Structures in profile
• personnal offer in structures in profile
• training-type-picker
• more-filter-modal

It also add indeterminate (half-checked) variant to V3 checkboxes

This MR does NOT provide styling for all screens where it is used.

These styles should be updated in a following MR
