What does this MR do and why?

• Update textareas with component
• Update the time picker when scheduling an appointment (selected mode has changed)
• Update the width of screens:
  • "Vous vous apprêtez à choisir un créneau de médiation numérique à distance"
  • "Vous vous apprêtez à demander un rendez-vous auprès d’un·e accompagnant·e numérique"
• Update the picto of "Aucune structure correspondant à votre recherche ne propose de rendez-vous"
• Update the inputs in page "Quelle structure oriente la personne ?" when not connected
• Update the make-appointment page when asking for an appointment from the Annuaire
