feat(orientation): Reorder pages

What does this MR do and why?

Reorder the pages in orientation.

Screenshots or screen recordings

• Scenarios where we get a list of structures (1 / 2 / 3a / 4a)

  • The section "Quelle structure oriente la personne ?" should be after the "Avez-vous des précisions à apporter ?" section

• Scenarios to ask for an appointment (3b and 4b)

  • Add the recap screen at the end ("Récapitulatif d’orientation")
  • Move the page where we want to select the structure ("Quelle structure oriente la personne ?") just after the "quelles sont les coordonnées de la personne" section

• Scenarios for online appointments (3c and 4c)

  • Add the screen "Avez-vous des précisions à apporter ?"
  • Add the screen "Quelle structure oriente la personne ?"
  • Add the screen "Récapitulatif"
  • Add the screen "Votre demande de rendez-vous a été transmise !"
