What does this MR do and why?
Si je quitte une structure ou bien qu'elle est supprimée, et que je n'ai plus aucune structure rattaché à mon compte, alors une information est ajoutée à mon profil pour connaître ma date de "non rattachement".
L'administrateur peut voir depuis quand l'utilisateur est non-rattaché dans le panel d'admin.
Lorsqu'une structure se voit supprimée, vérifier que si un membre n'a plus de structure il faut également lui update cette date.
